A shimmer in the darkness,
a flick of the hip
She takes you across a sea of vastness
She takes you to a place where her fingers click
Gliding underneath the veil
Then her eyes come out of the night
You listen to her unspoken tale.
To resist you'll have to fight.
Her arms, the serpent
Her hair, it follows along.
They draw the curtain,
But she still dance son.
She lights a fire that no one can see
And brings out the hearts desire
To be what it wants to be.
Free, yet confined.
The air swirls in her eyes
Her movements both fierce and kind
In this world there are no lies.
She dances as an offering
To the goddess within
And captures us when she sings.
Follow her, as she sings.
She stays in the dark,
Where it is safe from misjudging eyes
But she can't stop once she starts
And in sadness she sighs.
Then the music changes
And she laughs in relief
For this is the song of the ocean
It washes away all pains.
Her eyes laugh in the fire,
Her voice whispers in your ear,
She draws out your inner desire
Pulls it on a silver cord.
Her love closes around you,
holding you tight.
Her eyes shimmer
Disappears into the night.
The music has finished,
The song has come to an end
But you feel her in your soul,
She will always be there,
And guide you towards your true home.
